Everything went smoothly and in a timely manner.

I dropped my car off on a Tuesday for an oil change, inspection and transmission diagnosis. Engine diagnosis was done first day then it took two more days for the oil change and inspection. They completely missed my bumper to bumper warranty and would park my car outside and do another vehicle while waiting on my answer for things. Should not take three days for those things especially when they would not give me a loaner and left me without a vehicle for those days.

I was very satisfied with my visit to my local Blaise Alexander GMC dealership. I am planning to travel to several western states in June, and I wanted to get my car readied for the trip. Both the lady and the gent who were in the office were very pleasant, helpful and courteous. Also, the goodies and coffee bar were excellent for a mid-morning snack. I particularly liked the visitor's lounge area, where I sat by a window and enjoyed making a few notes, having my snack and coffee and watching the passing scene outside. Current news was being broadcast on a nearby screen, if I had wanted to catch that, which I didn't! The service on my Trailblazer was done in good time and I was quite satisfied with the cost of the routine service call. ive had a check engine light for three weeks now i unhooked battery my self twice to see if it would just go out but both time it came back on in about 4-5 days.so had to dealer last wednesday and they say it was a loose wire connection well that was a bunch of bs cause i got to my truck tuesday morning and now check engine light back on same error code according to onstar app so the dealer service lady fed me a line of bs about loose wires.not very happy at all.sad part only 5000 miles on truck

I have had issues with my infotainment system for over a year. Every time it has been in to service to address the issue, all that has been done are updates to the system with no improvements. After the last service appointment and update, I was told that GM was confident that this would take care of all the issues. When I picked up my truck, I hadn't even gotten off the lot and the same issues are continuing. I gave the dealership 5 stars because they are doing what is required by the manufacturer before taking any further action. I am very disappointed in my vehicle and actions by GM for correction of the issues.

This was the best new vehicle purchase we have ever had, Shane always respected out time with checking in and letting us know what was going on , we never acted like we was in a hurry, he even did the detailing on the truck, he and the manager worked very had with us on our trade in. I had called your dealership on Friday morning to ask about the 2025 GMC Denali Acadia that I was coming to see that evening. We drove 2 hours and no one once told us that the brakes on the car weren’t there/working. But it ended up being a better experience in the end because i went home with a AT4 Acadia with only 12 miles at a great deal

Harry Herbster was top notch for a salesman. Took his time and did great showing us different vehicles and options. Was very attentive to my needs when an issue with the a/c was discovered. He went above and beyond. Showed all options and was not pushy and let me decide what was best for me. He was the perfect example of what and how a salesman should be.

We came in on Monday to have a new driver side mirror installed. No one had gotten the mirror. So they rescheduled us for Wednesday. Wednesday they installed the mirror on the damaged/ broken mirror mounting. So we have to come back again, never have we had such a hard time getting something replaced. We will not be coming back here for any reason if I have a say in it. No one knows what the others are doing.

I had a very great and easy truck buying experience at the Blaise Alexander Selinsgrove Site. I was able to do the whole traction online and over the telephone. The salesman drove the truck to my house which is an hour and 40 minutes from their showroom.

Started by searching their inventory on the internet and requesting an appointment to see a truck. Salesman (Nate) was very professional, and knowledgeable. Upon looking at the 1500 Trail Boss questions arose about 2500 Trail Boss hd gas and diesel. Dealership didn’t have exactly what we were interested in but had a step up with leather seats but took for a test ride to make sure it was something we would be interested in. They looked within the other dealerships that they do business with to find the one we decided on. This all started on a Thursday evening and told them we could not make it back until Saturday. No pressure for us to come back until then. They got our truck Friday evening and set up appointment for Saturday to come test drive and ultimately purchase it. Would definitely highly recommend this dealership.

Our salespeople even stayed after hours to make sure everything was done correctly before we took the vehicle off the lot Also making sure we had every answer to every question that we had I am pretty sure he was the last to leave on a Saturday night well after business hours

I had an oil change done on Oct 18 2025. First off..when we made the appt. The woman on the phone quoted us a price in which.. of course it was going to be more when I left..always happens at this business. Then when they finished the oil change..they usually put a sticker on the windshield to tell you when your next oil change is due. It was the wrong mileage for the next one due..so we looked at the bill and the mileage on my car was not what the mechanic put on the paperwork..so now we're wondering where he got that mileage number from because it's not the one on my car. We buy all our vehicles from this dealership..just not this location..needless to say we will not return to this location. They even told us they would take care of this issue and have not heard anything yet. We would like a new oil change sticker for the car. We like to keep everything up to date with our paperwork for these vehicles because we like to trade them in every 2 or 3 years..And if this does not get resolved soon..we will be purchasing our new truck, in the new year, somewhere else.

Amazing Experience

The Only Discouraging Thing Was We Had An 8am Appt And Told It Would Take About An Hour. The Vehicle Wasn't Taken Back Until 8:35am And It Was 10:30am Before It Was Finished. We Weren't Given Any Updates As Other Customers Were Which Was Somewhat Disheartening. There Needs To Be Clearer Communication As To The Time Frame For Appts Especially If It's Going To Be Longer Than Initially Told. Thank You...

Took my Truck in Dec 1st because it was going into limp mode. They said it was something with transmission I believe, but that they needed to order a part. They said it would take about two weeks to get there. My truck didn't get looked at until after the new year. At that point, the engine wouldn't start. From there, I was told I needed an engine replacement totaling almost $11,000. Typically these engines cost about $5,000-6,000. In the same breath, I was asked to potentially finance a new car from the dealership. I wanted to wait, because that is an important financial decision. I was offered $100 cash for my truck, were I to trade it in. Even one of the quarter panels on my truck is worth more than that. At this point, it was early January, maybe the 10th. I can't remember correctly. I work in travel sports for a living and scheduled to have my truck towed off their property, to my home in a nearby township. My towing guy canceled, likely due to the winter storm last weekend. I then had to travel that weekend for a sports tournament. The schools and many roads were shut down on Monday, and so was the University I work at. Tuesday morning, I received a threatening text message from the dealership, essentially saying that my vehicle would be towed to the police impound lot if I didn't get it towed that morning, and that my vehicle had been plowed in. When I arrived at the dealership, every other vehicle was free of ice and snow, but mine was surrounded by about 2 feet of snow. I have pictures documenting this, and also showing every other vehicle being free of any kind of obstruction. As a customer that paid to have my car looked at and then turned down any further business with the dealership, this felt retaliatory. A dealership cannot approve this kind of towing in Pennsylvania. The state law requires the Police to approve a tow of this nature. I find it very unlikely that the dealership had prior authorization for a tow of this nature, especially provided that I paid almost $300 for "labor" in what amounts to the neglect of a serious engine issue for over a month by the dealership waiting on parts. So, to recap: - Car sat for over a month without being looked at - Engine declared dead when it was running prior to being brought in, just in limp mode - Offered $100 for a trade in for it, when the dealership's neglect of my vehicle could potentially be the proximate cause of the reduction in its value - Threatened with a police impound + tow when I decided I wasn't going to pay an exorbitant price for parts which cost less than the quote (50% less...) - Ice and snow left under my vehicle I had to drive out to the dealership, bring my own snow shovel, and shovel snow for 15 minutes before a tow came. The tow truck then had to find a random location in my neighborhood to tow it, when there were 4 feet high ice banks all over my neighborhood and the truck couldn't be safely towed to my backyard due to the inclement weather. This experience could not have been poorer in essentially any way. I genuinely cannot imagine this experience being worse in any way. These business practices are terrible, dishonest and frankly, petty. Someone at this dealership made the conscious decision to remove the snow from every single vehicle besides mine. At the moment I am weighing whether or not I want to take the dealership to small claims court, or if it's even worth my time. I had planned to buy a new car at another Chevy dealership in a nearby city, but I won't. I am buying a $20,000 vehicle, in cash, at a different dealership now. This was my second chevy truck and I had planned on keeping it much longer than it lasted. And I even had planned on replacing it with another chevy after this experience. But at this point, I won't be doing that.

the prices I was originally invoiced did not match what the Chevrolet App had showed me. When I brought this up to Robbie (service tech) and his manager, they quickly made the adjustment and accommodated the original pricing I was shown on the app. Great guys and great service!
